As Commercial Finance Analyst (m/f/d) in Distribution Partner Management, you will act as an innovator in the development of a state-of-the-art reporting system. Through your passion for numbers, you will amalgamate key figures from different databases in one system and digitalise the most important KPIs for the decision-makers for daily dashboards. Furthermore, you will provide management with recommendations for action and, as a result, you will expediently contribute to the business success of the Global Distribution Partner Management.
YOUR TASKS
Further development and harmonisation of the key figure systems used in the business sector Global Distribution Partner Management (GDPM): collation, maintenance, preparation and provision of all the key figures relevant to the success examination, among other things.
Support and management of the forecast and budget processes for customers across all regions and brands of GDPM.
Development of efficient reportings for sales, marketing and other stakeholders of GDPM.
Support in the analysis of customer and product portfolios (e.g. target tracking, pursuit of risks & opportunities, preparation of pricing-excellence projects) and in market and competitor analyses
Interpretation of sales key figures as preparation for the management circle’s decision-making in the field of GDPM.
Management of projects that contribute to achieving the earning targets (among others, pricing excellence)
Further development of collaboration with stakeholders (marketing, distribution partner, accounting, demand management, order management, IT, controlling) with the the mutual aim to achieve performance and productivity of distribution
Training for users for the newly integrated information systems and the interpretation of the key figures connected with this
Support in monitoring the KPIs in day-to-day business and the introduction of immediate corrective measures to achieve these key figures
YOUR PROFILE
Several years’ experience in sales control
Practical experience in IT applications
Profound experience in the creation, processing and management of complex databases
Expertise in project management
Very good knowledge of English is required
Adept use of SAP and MS Office - in particular Excel
You view yourself as an internal service provider, interface manager and opportunist.
A high degree of motivation and resilience, independent and proactive work come naturally to you.
