HEOR & Global Market Access Manager (m/f/d)
As our HEOR & Global Market Access Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the development and success of our product portfolio and its representation within the market. As a part of the Central Commercial Organization department, you will be responsible for all topics related to health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), market access and reimbursement/pricing. Specifically, your tasks are as follows:
- Manage all activities to optimize global market access for the entire existing and future product portfolio of Merz Therapeutics
- Leading of our global market access and pricing team
- Collaborate closely with our global functions, commercial regions, and co-dependent business units to ensure effective execution of market access and pricing initiatives
- Develop strategies to generate HEOR evidence, perform proprietary pricing analyses, and communicate the value of the Merz Tx portfolio to payers
- Drive governance and setting strategic direction to ensure optimal pricing, profitability, reimbursement and access to products, primarily in Europe and the U.S.
- Supporting to our affiliates and distributors in tender business
- Providing market access evaluations to leverage business development opportunities and portfolio expansion
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in Life Sciences or Business; MBA desirable
- Background in healthcare or related industry, and/or experience in relevant consulting firms is required
- International experience in market access and HEOR (esp. European markets) is expected
- Experience in managing high value-added specialty products and launching innovative medicines with significant payer impact
- Extensive project team management expertise in matrix organizations, direct leadership experience is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of English (written & spoken), German desired
- Strong analytical skills with a high self-driven, well-structured and responsible working attitude
