Brand Manager Pharma

YOUR CONTRIBUTION 

As a Brand Manager you will play a key role to support the development, implementation and tracking of brand campaigns for Merz Therapeutics across the UK and Ireland providing insights, knowledge, guidance and facilitation for the development and implementation of sustainable and compliant operational plans to meet the company’s commercial objectives. This role will be office based with flexibility to work from home. Your detailed tasks are the following: 

• Support the brand planning process ensuring contribution and alignment across Medical, Marketing and Sales

• Lead the implementation of the brand plans & campaigns

• Actively engages and communicates as a true brand ambassador

• Ensure all data captured and record kept are compliant with Data Protection/GDPR regulations

 

YOUR PROFILE  

• Life science graduate (desirable)

• ABPI medical representative exam pass

• Marketing qualification – CIM or equivalent (desirable)

• Digital expertise – experience in planning and managing digital channels

• Demonstrable account management experience and proven commercial sales success within the pharmaceutical industry

• Ability to apply understanding of the Health Care environment and adapt to the changing customer needs

• Customer engagement skills – the ability to understand systems, processes and resources available
