Strategic Market Development Manager (m/f/d)

As our Strategic Market Development Manager (m/f/d) you play an integral part of our company’s future. You will be key in shaping our market standing and product portfolio internationally by proactively contributing to the organization and its development. Are you ready to bring Merz Therapeutics products into new markets and on the next level?

 

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

• Independent execution of market development and portfolio analyses and action recommendations for our distribution partner regions (LATAM, APAC, EMEA)

• Continuous consulting of our Marketing & Training Manager on strategic and tactical development of our brands

• Monthly analysis and reporting of market and brand trends

• Translation of ‘consumer insights’ into concrete ‘business opportunities’

• Development of concepts and strategies to grow the business with channel partners including creation of business cases and return on investment calculations

• Development of strategic LCM measures to further expand as well as securing our existing portfolio

• Execution of projects with external third parties to enter new markets and develop new products

• Collaborate with all relevant internal and external functions to develop and implement strategies and projects

 

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's/Diploma degree in Business Administration or studies with a comparable business background

• Relevant professional experience in a comparable function in the pharmaceutical industry or relevant experience in a strategy consulting firm with (international) clients from the pharmaceutical industry

•  Proven track record

• Sustained experience in project management

• Confident handling of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel and MS Power Point

• Very good written and spoken German and English language skills, other languages desirable

• Very good presentation and communication skills

• High target and result orientation

• Analytical, strategic and structured way of working and thinking
