YOUR CONTRIBUTION
As our Business Support Coordinator (m/f/d) you will be responsible for handling operational and analytical topics in cooperation with our distribution partners in the APAC region. As our contact person you are building the interface to our key stakeholders (such as production planning, order processing or financial accounting) and are supporting in achieving the defined budget in the region. Your detailed tasks are the following:
- You are responsible for controlling and monitoring the country budgets. In case of deviations, you skillfully initiate necessary measures in coordination with the Area Manager
- You will collaborate on revenue and budget analysis and prepare appropriate presentation materials
- The preparation, review and analysis of sales-/ and stock-reports of the countries are in your area of responsibility
- Your expert assistance in planning, controlling and monitoring client advertising and marketing cost centers is
- You will participate in the creation of marketing plans and will assist with new product launches with local partner including monitoring of marketing materials and sample shipping
- You will coordinate and assist with regulatory and legal issues (e.g., packaging changes, price certificates, etc.).
- General organizational and administrative tasks - such as invoice processing - as well as support in the organization of meetings, conferences, travel, congresses and similar events are also part of your job portfolio
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a degree in business administration (BWL) or have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a business management assistant (m/f) for office management or similar.
- You bring intercultural skills and several years of experience in the field of administrative sales & marketing support (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or FMCG environment)
- Very good English skills and German is required
- You are confident in using MS Office programs and SAP
- Good knowledge of export business and/or supply chain and order management are desirable
- Your way of working is characterized by an analytical as well as structured way of working
- Your work is result-oriented and you are an absolute team player
