Business Support Analyst (m/f/d) Pharma

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

• Developing the strategy for business intelligence and data quality in close collaboration with other functions
• Creating reports and visualisations to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely
• Developing dashboards and KPIS and presenting actionable insights
• Collecting and normalising large amounts of data from various sources (e.g. Veeva, MMA business applications)
• Ensure data is accurate, complete and consistent
• Analysing and modelling data to identify trends, patterns and insights to inform business decisions and make recommendations to stakeholders
• Regularly evaluate data-driven marketing activities and prepare and present findings
• Identify gaps, opportunities and insights to improve performance
• IT support coordinator

 YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business studies, or related fields
• Excited to learn new technologies and analytical methodologies relating to business intelligence and data analysis is desirable
• Experience with Excel, SQL, BI tools (Power BI, SAC, tableau, Qlik), webanalytics tools  
  Excellent knowledge of English (written & spoken)
• Knowledge about project management frameworks to provide a structured approach for project planning, monitoring and control
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset
• You are an expert in problem-solving and your analytical skills help you to simplify complex concepts
• Positive and approachable personality
• In-depth knowledge of data analytics, statistics, vizualization techniques and business acumen
• Relevant professional experience in the field of data science and advanced analytics, ideally in a pharmaceutical marketing and sales environment or FMCG
• Understanding of data privacy and security regulations
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with an independent working style and personal accountability
• High proactivity, coordination skills and being a teamworker are describing your way of working best
