As the Marketing & Training Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the development and implementation of regional and local marketing strategies and activities within distribution partner management for our over-the-counter and consumer health portfolio. Your contribution will guarantee the growth of sales and revenue within the established areas. Close coordination and consideration of the local requirements is performed with area management, distribution partners and global marketing.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
Identification of optimization and expansion opportunities and embrace suitable measures
Regional marketing support for distribution partners, this includes, among other things, the identification and implementation of improvement potentials for existing product positioning and services, as well as the development and advancement of implementation of marketing plans with partners
Support in the integration of scientific communication and training material, as well as the implementation of marketing training programmes for new team members, partner distributors and physicians
Budget responsibility for the marketing budget of the relevant brands
Development of concepts and strategies that continue to expand the business with distribution partners, including active competition monitoring, analysis of existing business, creation of business cases and calculation of overall returns on investments
Efficient integration of new products/services and/or into new countries for distribution partners
Management of annual brand plan process, including coordination with distribution partners, keeping track of implementation and best practice sharing
Establishment and management of KOL relationship
Interface between partners and Merz Therapeutics departments
YOUR PROFILE
Masters degree in natural sciences or economic sciences with complementary medical/pharmaceutical trainings
Several years’ experience in a comparable position in the field of pharma or FMCG with a proven marketing background
Experience in marketing with digital media, as well as a well-developed medical understanding
Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
Very good knowledge of English and German, other foreign languages desirable
Project management skills
Results-oriented mindset and the ability to act in a challenging environment
Very good training and presentation skills, as well as strong communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and diplomatically with inter-cultural strength
Profound analytical intellectual capacity and structured working method
