We are looking for a visionary Head of Supply Chain Management (m/f/d) who is ready to take the lead of our Supply Chain department and inspire, develop, and drive our team forward.

Development of the Supply Chain Department: Define the leadership role and shape the future of our Supply Chain department with a clear vision

Leadership: Promote the development of your team and inspire them to achieve excellence

Strategic Oversight: With a strategic approach, oversee all aspects of the Supply Chain, including Supply & Demand Planning, Customer Order Management, and supporting functions such as QA and Warehousing & Distribution and to company interfaces

Process Improvements: Develop industry-leading process standards and implement them, always focusing on continuous improvements

Demand Forecasting and Performance Management: Ensure reliable demand forecasting and focus on performance management to achieve continuous improvements in forecast accuracy and associated business metrics

Risk Identification and Opportunity Recognition: Identify risks and opportunities related to demand fluctuations, supply chain disruptions, and economic changes that may impact demand and supply

Interface with Commercial & Finance: Ensure alignment with business requirements in the interface with commercial and finance departments
YOUR PROFILE

You are a visionary leader ready to take on challenges and develop innovative solutions

You are both hands-on but with a strong strategic and analytical mindset, not afraid to drive change and challenge the status quo

You have proven leadership experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry

Excellent communication skills both in English and German, teamwork, and the ability to motivate and develop people

A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
