As the Global Asset Leader (m/f/d) for our Foundational Brands, you will be leading our cross-functional Global Product Team (GPT) for our Foundational Brands, overseeing the entire lifecycle management (LCM) and asset strategy. This pivotal position plays a key role for our company's success, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the future-readiness of our foundational brands.

 

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the Global Product Team, orchestrating cross-functional collaboration to develop and execute a cohesive asset strategy

  • Holistic Planning: Deliver an annual asset strategy and plan, seamlessly integrating commercial and pharmaceutical LCM

  • Strategic Growth Development: Drive strategic growth and development for our established products and brands.

  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate effective relationships with key opinion leaders, external partners and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

  • Regulatory Strategy: Oversee and align expansion and growth strategies in close collaboration with the respective regulatory and commercial functions.

  • Supply Management: Safeguard product supply, ensuring its adequacy and mitigating risks associated with strategic assets

  • Risk Management: Identify and manage asset related company risks

  • Foster collaboration: Create a unified approach across the entire commercial organization, establishing seamless connections with Tech Ops, Regulatory, Supply, and key regional functions globally

  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Implement a data-driven process for decisions within the GPT, integrating both technical and commercial perspectives

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Broad experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a focus on strategic asset  and life-cycle management of internationally marketed pharmaceutical products

  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical technology and quality aspects over the product life ccyle

  • Effective project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Demonstratable experience with the development and execution of change management strategies, stakeholder alignment and governance structures

  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to foster collaboration and inspire a team towards common goals and resolve challenging dynamics

  • Exceptional communication skills, presentation skills and executive presence with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences

  • Fluent in English, preferably intermediate German
