Are you ready to elevate HR practices on a global scale? We are seeking a dedicated “Global HR Project Specialist” (m/f/d) to join our team. Together with your strategic HR colleagues, you will play an integral role in bringing international HR projects to life, collaborating globally, and make a significant impact across our organization. YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • As part of our strategic global HR team, you will lead international HR projects and familiarize yourself with all phases of a project - from planning to implementation and completion. You will work closely with the project stakeholders to ensure the success of the project.
  • You will gain a broad insight into our HR strategy, looking at current and future developments and trends. You always keep the needs of our stakeholders in mind to achieve the best results.
  • You have an overview of ongoing HR projects and support their implementation. You request updates from the various stakeholders and can visualize the current status and next steps to drive continuous progress.
  • You support the creation of concepts for the integration of new digital HR tools or technical innovations into existing systems.
  • Your day-to-day work includes project documentation, support for external projects and comprehensive needs analysis and research.
  • As a connector, you act as an interface to our (HR) IT as well as to all project participants and other departments.

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in business administration/economics, human resources, social sciences, psychology or comparable degree with first HR experience
  • Experience in project and process management with a structured and organized way of working
  • As a digital native, you have a strong affinity for IT and are experienced in using MS Office programs
  • You have strong analytical and intercultural skills, as well as an innovative and creative mindset
  • You have high communication skills in both German and English
  • You are an absolute team player with a solution-focused approach and are keen to play an active role in shaping international projects
