As our Project Coordinator: Global Product Team (m/f/d), you will play a pivotal role to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration and project management within one of our Global Product Teams (GPT). You will support our Global Asset Leader and engage with diverse team members present in the GPT, assisting in strategic planning, operational execution, and stakeholder management. 

 

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • Support our Global Asset Leader in problem solving, project management and strategic decision making

  • Work closely GPT team members and functional heads to understand project requirements at each stage and build that into the GPT roadmap

  • Manage the team meetings including developing the agendas and documenting decisions and action items. Identify organizational gaps and influence the project environment to address gaps that impact the project

  • Planning and usage of project resources and work to secure adequate resourcing and budget alignment in close collaboration with finance and functional team members

  • Maintain global integrated project plans, project timelines, risk management plans and communication plans.

  • Resolve complex problems and manage difficult stakeholder situations. Ideally generate critical path analyses and support scenario planning.

  • Maintain project status in the project management systems. Prepare scope change proposals and stage gate proposals for formal presentation to senior management.

  • Make GPT members accountable for their tasks and follow-up with them to get the needed action

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree or relevant training with extensive professional experience

  • Experience in a project management related position, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry with good understanding understanding of drug discovery and development

  • Ability to synthesize information gathered into concise summaries and presentations

  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills

  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders. (i.e. ability to communicate brief but deep)

  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
