You will also act as a sparring-partner for the Country Manager.

We are seeking a Financial Accountant (m/f/d) to join our team and work closely with the Financial Manager Tx Benelux to uphold the integrity and accuracy of our financial transactions. In this role, you will oversee the entire accounting, financial, and fiscal administration processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and procedures.

 

YOUR TASKS

• Accounting: Manage all accounting activities for the Benelux region, including accounts payable, credit control, invoicing, and cash cycles, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Address accounting queries by interpreting and applying relevant guidelines.

• ERP System Management: Validate and maintain master data in SAP, and oversee the administration of Ariba and Concur systems to support efficient financial operations.

• Financial Controlling Support: Support monthly and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations, and assist with internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies.

• Ongoing Education: Stay informed on financial legal requirements and provide management with actionable advice to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Other Duties: Serve as a backup for the Financial Manager Tx Benelux, stepping in as needed to maintain operational continuity.

YOUR PROFILE

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration, 3+ years of relevant experience, and fluency in English and Dutch.

• Essential Skills: Strong time management, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, digital acumen, and collaboration abilities.

• Technical Expertise: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and SAP (including Ariba and Concur); knowledge of regulatory compliance standards.

• Preferred Qualities: Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork experience, and the ability to adapt and lead in dynamic environments.
