Medical CRM Platform Specialist (m/f/d)
As our Medical CRM Platform Specialist (m/f/d) you play a pivotal role in the implementation of our Omnichannel Strategy. You are taking over the full responsibility for Veeva Vault Medical Suite as an integral part of our global customer platform which also includes CRM and Marketing applications. Together with your Global Medical Affairs counterpart you are providing a platform for our global and local Medical Affairs functions.
In your role, you are bridging the gap between the medical team, the Veeva system and our IT support team. You would oversee the use of Vault Medical, ensuring compliance, and optimizing performance.
Your experience in Vault Medical Suite will help Merz Therapeutics to generate additional insights based on the data collected during our HCP interactions.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION

Collaborate with Medical Affairs team to define processes, workflows, and best practices for using the Veeva Vault Medical Suite.

Support deployment and configuration of the Veeva Vault Medical Suite, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems; especially Veeva CRM.

Oversee the maintenance and updates of the Veeva Vault Medical Suite and Veeva CRM.

Coordinate with IT support teams to resolve any technical issues

Customize the Suite to meet specific Medical Affairs requirements.

Stay updated with latest Veeva Vault Medical Suite updates/releases and assess their implications on current processes.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.

Support to establish a single scientific voice across channels and functions.

Monitor user adoption and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Train end-users on suite functionalty.
YOUR PROFILE

University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, IT, or Healthcare) or comparable professional experience.

Experience with Veeva Vault or similar content management systems, certifications are advantageous.

Experience in pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs processes and global regulatory requirements

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that arise with the Veeva platforms.

Analytical skills to assess system performance and user feedback with change management skills to effectively implement new processes or updates.

Adaptability to changes in software or industry regulations.
