Head of Global Supply Chain Planning & Execution (m/f/d)

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

Become part of our Operations team and grow with new challenges in a global pharmaceutical supply chain environment. As Head of Global Supply Chain Planning & Execution (m/f/d), you will be responsible for integrated, end-to-end planning across a fully outsourced manufacturing network, ensuring reliable product supply to patients by balancing demand, supply, inventory and cost across global external partners. This will include the following activities:

 

• Leading all relevant planning processes, including S&OP and IBP, to drive cross-functional alignment and business performance
• Aligning demand forecasts, supply plans and business objectives
• Managing end-to-end supply planning across global Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs)
• Ensuring reliable product supply through proactive risk and inventory management
• Driving short-term supply chain execution and issue resolution
• Building strong partnerships with CMOs and external supply chain partners
• Leading and developing a global planning organization
• Advancing planning systems, analytics and digital transformation initiatives

 

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics or a related field
• APICS, CPIM or CSCP certification preferred
• Several years of leadership experience in supply chain planning
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences or chemical & nutrition environments
• Strong expertise in S&OP, IBP and end-to-end supply chain processes
• Experience with SAP, planning solutions and reporting tools
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and decision-making skills
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
