kurzfristiger Termin mit schwieriger Uhrzeit für das Bewerbergespräch

Der Termin für das Bewerbungsgespräch wurde einen Tag vor dem Gespräch per Mail mitgeteilt, zusammen mit der Information, dass man als Bewerberin interessant ist. Es wurde erwartet, dass eine zweifach Mutter einen Termin für ein Bewerbungsgespräch am Nachmittag ab 16 Uhr, außerhalb der Betreuungszeiten der Kinder, von heute auf morgen realisieren kann. Flexibilität zum Bewerbungsgespräch ist hier sehr stark gefordert.

Reply Mail Problem

There was a very important problem. I had to confirm the meeting by mail. I clicked on "reply" but this mail was lost by Merz. I could communicate only because the hiring team insisted and contacted me again. I had no way to contact them otherwise. It is important to provide a personal mail and a telephone number from a person in case communication fails. Everything else was wonderful.

Für mich ist Arbeit in erster Linie ein "People's Business".

Und deswegen war der Schritt über die Plattform Cammion überraschend. So sehr ich diesen aus Sicht der Produktivität und der Vergleichbarkeit verstehe - ich hätte es vorgezogen, zum weiteren Kennenlernen bereits an dieser Stelle mehr über die Unternehmenskultur zu erfahren. Aber zum Glück konnte ich dann beim Teams-Interview mehr erfahren und ein Gefühl für Merz Therapeutics bekommen. Und wurde bestärkt, dass ich diesen Job kann - und will!
