Marketing & Training Manager (m/f/d) - Specialty Neurology

Please note: This position is limited to an 24-month contract.

As our Marketing & Training Manager Specialty Neurology (m/f/d) you contribute to the development and implementation of regional marketing initiatives and training activities within our Region International Markets. In close collaboration with distribution partners across LATAM, APAC and EMEA, you support consistent brand positioning, effective partner activation and the execution of growth initiatives for our Neurology portfolio.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • Regional Strategy Contribution & Execution: Contribute to regional marketing strategies for Neurology brands and support implementation across global markets. Drive customer-centric solutions that bring our products closer to patients, including digital initiatives.

  • Business Performance & Growth Initiatives: Identify opportunities to improve business performance and support execution of expansion and growth activities with regional teams.

  • Partner Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with local partners to strengthen product positioning, align marketing initiatives and ensure consistency with regional priorities.

  • Scientific Communication & Training Implementation: Support integration of scientific communication and training materials — digital and face-to-face — and coordinate rollout of marketing and product training programs for partners, internal teams and healthcare professionals.

  • Budget & Performance Monitoring: Support budget planning and tracking, performance monitoring, competitive insights and ROI analyses.

  • Product Launch & Lifecycle Support: Coordinate regional activities related to product launches and lifecycle initiatives with local partners.

  • Brand Planning & KOL Engagement: Support annual brand planning and contribute to engagement activities with Key Opinion Leaders.

  • Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a coordination point between international markets and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of regional initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in natural sciences, business or a related field, ideally complemented by medical or pharmaceutical knowledge

  • Relevant experience in marketing, training, commercial excellence or project roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

  • Experience in international or multi-market environments is an advantage; launch exposure is a plus

  • Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Analytical mindset with a structured way of working

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are considered a plus
