(Senior) Medical Expert Training & Education (m/f/d) Global Medical Affairs

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • Develop, implement, and continuously advance a global Medical Training & Education ecosystem aligned with the Global Medical Affairs strategy.
  • Drive the planning and execution of global internal and external education programs for key stakeholders, including KPI monitoring and continuous optimization.
  • Identify unmet medical needs, emerging trends, and innovative digital education formats, and incorporate insights from regions and affiliates to expand reach to target audiences and ensure impactful, needs-driven education.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with external stakeholders, including KOLs and partners.
  • Support medical congresses, global events, launch activities and medico‑marketing activities, collaborating closely with internal and external partners.
  • Establish and deliver tailored global internal training and capability‑building initiatives to strengthen medical excellence.
  • Ensure effective cross‑functional and global–regional–local collaboration, facilitating alignment and knowledge exchange across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies and procedures and support compliance reporting.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Medical Doctor or PhD in natural sciences (e.g. Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 3 years in Medical Affairs; experience in Training & Education, Advisory Boards and scientific events is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of medical strategy, scientific communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts to diverse internal and external audiences.
  • Strong project management skills and confident use of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to approx. 25–45%).
  • Reliable, authentic and collaborative team player with strong relationship‑building capabilities.
