Internal Communications Manager (m/f/d)
Please note: This is a 24-month fixed-term position covering parental leave.
As our Internal Communications Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering internal communication initiatives that support business priorities, strengthen employee engagement and promote consistent employee experience across the organization.
Collaborating with stakeholders across the global organization, you will translate complex topics into clear and engaging communications that help employees stay informed, connected and aligned with business priorities.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement global internal communication initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders across the organization on internal communications, employee engagement and change communication activities.
- Create impactful communications that help employees understand company strategy, culture and business performance.
- Develop leadership communications, including presentations, leadership messages, town halls and other communication materials.
- Manage global internal communication channels and editorial planning.
- Deliver communication activities related to organizational change, business transformation and key corporate initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure clear, consistent and effective communication.
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, culture and organizational alignment.
- Monitor communication effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement through employee feedback and insights.
- Ensure communications are aligned with company messaging, brand guidelines and governance requirements.
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in internal communications, corporate communications or a comparable role within an international organization.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging communications.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device or healthcare industry is considered an advantage.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative, proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
