Specialist Artwork, Labelling & Master Data Coordination (m/f/d) - Global Supply Chain

In this role, you will take on a key coordination function for artwork, labelling, and master data processes in an international environment. Your responsibilities will include:

 

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

• Managing artwork-related projects throughout the product lifecycle
• Coordinating and tracking artwork and packaging changes with internal and external partners
• Maintaining and ensuring the quality of product-related master data in SAP
• Coordinating complex change control and approval processes in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Managing and coordinating interfaces with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial Teams, manufacturing sites, and external service providers
• Conducting artwork reviews and supporting audits and inspections
• Driving process improvements and enhancing data quality
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements as well as internal standards and SOPs

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Packaging Technology, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in a regulated environment, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with artwork, packaging, labelling, and/or master data processes
• Strong SAP knowledge, ideally including S/4HANA or ECC
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused working style
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholders in an international environment
• High level of quality and compliance awareness
• Proactive mindset with a passion for driving process improvements
